Information for Federally Regulated Banks (including Federal Credit Unions) and Authorized Foreign Banks

Since June 30, 2022, all federally regulated banks (including federal credit unions) and authorized foreign banks are required to submit their quarterly complaint submissions to FCAC using a complaint submission schema, as per the legislative requirements for complaints reporting under the Financial Consumer Protection Framework. FCAC developed a secure portal (Portal) to facilitate these legislative and supervisory data submissions to the agency.
